At Savvy&North, we strive to offer you an excellent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your product under the conditions detailed below.

⚠️ Attention ⚠️: Our products are shipped directly from the supplier.
Therefore, returns must also be sent back to this supplier, which may result in high return costs (sometimes between €20 and €30). In addition, there is a greater risk of packages being damaged or lost during the return shipment.

For this reason, it is mandatory to contact us before registering a return or sending a package. This allows us to find a suitable solution together.
Send an email to support@savvyandnorth.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and—if applicable—clear photos or videos of the product.

By submitting a return, you automatically accept the return conditions of www.savvyandnorth.com.


1. Return Conditions

Return notification: Returns must be reported in writing via support@savvyandnorth.com.

Return period: You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

Responsibility of the sender: The customer is always fully responsible for the return shipment.

Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original condition—undamaged, unused, and complete with all accessories, manuals, and in the original packaging.

Packaging: Ensure the product is carefully packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transport.

Trackable proof of shipment: You must send the proof of shipment with a track & trace number to support@savvyandnorth.com.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transport.
Returns without a tracking number or without proof of delivery to our designated return address will not be refunded.
Incorrectly completed customs forms may result in delays or additional costs.


2. Return Costs

Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.
These costs typically range between €20 and €30, depending on the shipping method and courier used.


3. Return Processing

Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 days, using the same payment method used for your original order.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us so we can explain the correct procedure.


4. Conditions & Exceptions

Products excluded from returns:
The following items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear or swimwear)

  • Products reported for return after the 14-day period

Return rejection:
We reserve the right to reject returns if the items are:

  • Damaged

  • Used

  • Incomplete

  • Returned without original packaging

unless the condition is due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control and can be proven.


5. Return Procedure

Step 1: Read the return conditions carefully.
Step 2: Contact customer service at support@savvyandnorth.com to register your return. Include your contact details, order number, and photos/videos if applicable.
Step 3: Receive and complete the return form. Place it inside the package.
Step 4: Pack the product carefully and securely.
Step 5: Create a shipping label with tracking (online or at your local post office).
Step 6: Attach the shipping label to the package.
Step 7: Send the tracking proof to support@savvyandnorth.com.
Step 8: Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.


6. Return Address

Because we work with multiple suppliers both inside and outside Europe, the return address may vary.
Please contact us via support@savvyandnorth.com to correctly register your return and receive the proper return address.


7. Additional Information

  • All return costs are the responsibility and risk of the customer.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Question: Can I refuse a package at the door, leave it uncollected at a pickup point, or return it directly to the courier?

Answer: No.
To qualify for a refund, it is essential to follow the steps and conditions outlined in our return procedure.

We do not accept returns that:

  • are refused at the door,

  • are not collected at the pickup point, or

  • are handed back to the courier without following the proper procedure.

All returns must follow our return process. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund.

Return address: Always use the exact address provided in the return form you receive by email.
