1) Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for all orders.
All products are delivered 100% free of charge, with no minimum order required.
2) Processing Time
Preparation time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.
3) Delivery Time
At Savvy&North, we offer products from various brands and suppliers.
Many of our suppliers are located in Asia and USA, which means delivery times can vary depending on the product.
It is also possible that you receive your order in multiple packages if the items come from different warehouses.

By shipping directly from our suppliers, we can serve customers in multiple countries, significantly reduce storage, transport, and packaging costs, and offer you fair product prices.
Additionally, this method aligns with the growing demand for sustainable logistics solutions and helps reduce environmental impact.
A further advantage is the reduction in shipping costs.
The downside is that delivery times may be slightly longer.
If you need your order urgently, faster delivery options may be available in many cases.
Direct shipping from the supplier also contributes to a lower ecological footprint and reduced costs, as products travel shorter distances, resulting in lower greenhouse gas emissions.
4) Failed Delivery
⚠️ Important: If, for any reason, your order cannot be delivered successfully, your package will be sent to the nearest pickup location. You will receive a notification in your mailbox.
The package will remain available at the pickup point for 7 days before being returned to our supplier.
Any costs associated with reshipping returned packages will always be the responsibility of the customer.
5) Cancel order
Cancellation of your order is only possible if it has not yet been processed. You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing the order.
